Eligible returns

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, undamaged, and include accompanying accessories. We also support approved returns for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items.

Return process

Contact us before sending anything. For an approved return, we provide a prepaid return label and the correct return address. We do not charge a restocking fee and do not offer exchanges.

Refund timing

For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
